General Terms and Conditions
- Introduction
- These terms and conditions regulate the purchase and sale transaction of SANJO products, as well as the respective registration on the website sanjo.pt .
- The website sanjo.pt is managed by M2BEWEAR, LDA, with tax identification number 514475188, headquartered at Rua 5 de Outubro nº 484, 4700-206 Braga, Portugal.
- For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
- “SANJO” - the legal entity that sells the products on the website sanjo.pt ;
- “User” – the natural person who places an order on the website sanjo.pt , without commercial purposes;
- The use of the website sanjo.pt and the purchase of SANJO products presupposes the knowledge, understanding and acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions by the User.
- Website Registration
- To place an order, register in advance by filling in the form in “my account”.
- It is also possible to place your order without prior registration. However, registration allows your data to be saved for future actions, as well as allowing you to access your user history.
- After completing your registration you will have access to your personal account and can manage your settings, save your favorite items and track your orders.
- From the moment you access your personal account you are accepting these Terms and Conditions.
- Sanjo products
- The website sanjo.pt is aimed at all users who wish to purchase SANJO products, without commercial purposes.
- The photographs of SANJO products are merely illustrative and may show differences in color or materials. Although the images attempt to be as faithful as possible to the product, they may not accurately reflect some characteristics, so it is essential to consult the information on the details present in each product.
- SANJO reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the information, product offerings, prices, promotions and terms and conditions of sale on the website sanjo.pt
- Placing orders on the website
- To order at sanjo.pt you must have an email account to register and the browser you use must be configured to accept cookies and pop-ups, which will allow you to have an optimized experience and access to all the browsing conditions of our online store.
- To make your online purchase you need:
- Find the product(s) you want to purchase;
- Add the selected product(s) to the “Shopping Cart”;
- Register the User's personal data, which will be integrated into SANJO's database under the terms set out in the Privacy Policy , including the "Delivery Address", "Billing Address", "Payment Method", telephone number and tax identification number (NIF);
- Finally, review your order and confirm your order.
- The User will receive an order confirmation email, with details about the payment method chosen. Once payment has been validated, they will receive a confirmation email.
- In the customer area you can obtain all the details of your purchase.
- Your order will be delivered by the logistics operator to the delivery address indicated in the purchase process and with the corresponding detailed invoice.
- By submitting the order form you are accepting these Terms and Conditions as well as the Privacy Policy .
- SANJO reserves the right not to accept and cancel orders already confirmed in the following areas:
- The product is not available;
- Payment is not made using any of the payment options available at sanjo.pt ;
- Payment is not confirmed;
- Billing information is not correct or verifiable;
- There is a price quote error;
- Delivery cannot be made.
- Pre-sales
- Pre-sale is available for a period of 90 days before the possibility of delivery of the product. Pre-sale implies payment at the time of reservation. Deliveries of orders are made as soon as the product becomes available for sale and does not exclude the conditions mentioned in points 5.3 and 5.4.
- Once the pre-sale period ends and the order is confirmed, it is not possible to make changes or exchanges (product, sizes, quantities, etc.).
- To cancel your pre-order you can only do so during the pre-sale period, once the event ends your order cannot be cancelled.
- If you wish to cancel your order, the refund will be made through the payment method you used.
- Prices
- The prices of the products presented on the website sanjo.pt include Value Added Tax (VAT) and this will be described on the invoice sent to the User.
- Prices are all quoted in euros (€). Customs costs relating to the country of delivery of the order will be borne by the customer.
- The prices of products displayed on the website are subject to change. SANJO reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applied to that purchase.
- If there is an error in the price of the products requested, SANJO or the user may, up until the order is dispatched, cancel the order (or error in favor of the customer, SANJO supports, error against the customer, SANJO refunds).
- The total price specified at checkout includes taxes from the country of origin (Portugal) and shipping costs (when applicable).
- The User must pay only the amount specified in the order confirmation.
- All orders are processed in Euros (€). If your bank account is in another currency, the exchange rate applied for debiting your bank account will be automatically determined by the bank/paypal and not by SANJO.
- Payment methods
- The User may pay for their purchases through the payment generating entity Paypal, MBway, Multibanco Reference and Credit Card;
- SANJO does not accept any other payment method other than those mentioned in the previous point. The User should not attempt to pay by any other payment method other than those previously described, if he does so, we cannot be held responsible for any damages that may arise.
- Shipping costs
- Free shipping - €0.00€
- Standard Shipping (between €0.00 and €99.99) - €20.00
- Standard Shipping (between €100.00 and €199.99) - €15.00
- Standard Shipping (over €200.00) - €0.00
- Delivery
- SANJO sends the product(s) ordered by the User from Monday to Friday and they are dispatched within a maximum period of 48 hours after confirmation of payment.
- It is not possible to schedule the delivery of our products, and someone must be present on the day of delivery to ensure that it is delivered successfully. However, our courier will always make prior contact. In mainland Portugal and the islands, you can also schedule your collection at the CTT points provided.
- If during the course of your order we find any unavailability of the product, SANJO will inform the User as soon as the unavailability is detected, and the User may choose another product, wait for the unavailable product to be replaced or be refunded.
- If the carrier finds it impossible to complete the delivery on the indicated date, it will contact the User to schedule a new date.
- It is the User's responsibility to check the packaging for any damage or signs of having been tampered with at the time of delivery. If any such signs are found, the order should not be accepted and will be returned. The situation should be reported by email to info@sanjo.pt , describing the situation and attaching a photograph whenever possible. SANJO will resend another order at no additional cost or cancel it and refund it, depending on what the User wishes.
- Delivery is considered complete once the User signs the invoice sent by the carrier.
- In cases where it is not possible to make the delivery, the carrier will leave a notice at the delivery location, with the date and time at which the attempt was made and the CTT Point where the goods are located and the period in which the Customer has to collect them, otherwise they will be returned to SANJO.
- In cases where the customer defines a CTT Point as the delivery address, the goods will be deposited there until they are collected by the Customer.
- If the goods are not collected at the CTT Point within the defined period, they will be returned to SANJO.
- Right of Free Resolution – Return Terms
- The User may terminate the contract up to 14 days after receiving the order, provided that:
- The product(s) maintain their original characteristics and show no signs of use;
- The product(s) are complete and with all the material that accompanies the order, which must also be returned.
- The User may exercise his/her right of Free Resolution by filling out the return form that accompanies the order and submitting it to the email info@sanjo.pt and placing the return label on a properly sealed package and delivering it to a post office.
- The costs of returning the order in the exercise of the free right of withdrawal are borne by SANJO in scenarios where SANJO did not charge shipping costs. If there were shipping costs allocated to the initial order, they will not be refundable, except when it is a refund justified by a defect or non-conformity of the products sent.
- SANJO will issue a refund after receiving the products and confirming their proper condition, which, when intact, will result in a refund of the amount paid for the order using the same payment method used, within a maximum period of 10 days.
- If the returned items show signs of use, SANJO reserves the right not to accept the return and refuse to refund them.
- Cancellation and Refunds
- You can cancel your order, as long as you request it via email info@sanjo.pt before shipping.
- Orders cancelled before shipping are refundable for both the order value and the shipping costs allocated to it, as shipping does not actually take place.
- Orders cancelled after shipping are subject to the conditions set out in point 10 of the Right of Free Resolution.
- SANJO does not bear shipping costs for product exchanges that may be the responsibility of the customer. Defective products or products that do not conform to the order do not generate any shipping costs for the User.
- The User, upon receiving a SANJO product incorrectly, with a defect or other non-conformity, may choose to replace the product or terminate the contract.
- As soon as the User notices a defect or other non-conformity, he/she must communicate this via email to info@sanjo.pt describing the defect or non-conformity of the product and, whenever possible, attaching supporting images.
- After receiving the email, we will contact the User to proceed with the replacement of the product or termination of the contract.
- Quality
- SANJO does not sell second-hand products, products with defects or products made with raw materials other than those described in the details of each product.
- Although SANJO tries to be as accurate as possible in the illustration of its products, the images may present variations in color and texture depending on the monitors in question. - Complaints
SANJO truly cares about its customers’ feedback. Therefore, if you have any complaints/suggestions for improvement/need for support, please send us an email to info@sanjo.pt and we will contact you within a maximum period of 5 working days after receiving your email.
- Warranty and after-sales service
SANJO products benefit from the guarantee provided for in the legislation applicable to the sale of consumer goods.
- Exclusion and limitation of liability

SANJO reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions at any time. You should consult them regularly in this area. Using the website www.sanjo.pt implies acceptance.
- Processing of personal data
Please read our Privacy Policy carefully and take note of the rules and procedures we have adopted to protect your personal data when you browse our website, as well as the security and confidentiality measures.
- Evidence and Archive
Computer records are securely archived so that they can serve as proof of communications, orders and payments that occur between SANJO and Users.
