- Introduction
- These terms and conditions regulate the purchase and sale transaction of SANJO products, as well as the respective registration on the website sanjo.pt.
- The website sanjo.pt is managed by M2BEWEAR, LDA, with tax identification number 514475188, located at Rua da Irmã Lúcia - Pavilhão A9
4700-152 - Braga | Portugal - For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions:
- “SANJO” - the legal entity that sells products on the website sanjo.pt;
- “User” – the natural person who places an order on the website sanjo.pt, for non-commercial purposes;
- The use of the website sanjo.pt and the purchase of SANJO products implies the User's knowledge, understanding, and acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
- Website registration
- To place an order, you must first register by filling out the form under "my account."
- It is also possible to place your order without prior registration. However, registration allows your data to be saved for future actions, as well as giving you access to your user history.
- After completing your registration, you have access to your personal account and can manage your settings, save your favorite items, and track your orders.
- By accessing your personal account, you are accepting these Terms and Conditions.
- Sanjo products
- The website sanjo.pt is aimed at all users who wish to purchase SANJO products for non-commercial purposes.
- The photographs of SANJO products are merely illustrative and may show differences in color or materials. Although the images try to be as faithful as possible to the product, they may not accurately reflect some characteristics, so it is essential to consult the details provided for each product.
- SANJO reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the information, product offering, prices, promotions, and terms and conditions of sale on the website sanjo.pt.
- Placing orders on the website
- To order on sanjo.pt, you need an email account to register and your browser must be configured to accept cookies and pop-ups, which will allow you to have an optimized experience and access to all navigation conditions of our online store.
- To complete your online purchase, you need to:
- Find the product(s) you wish to purchase;
- Add the selected product(s) to the “Shopping Cart”;
- Register the User's personal data, which will be integrated into SANJO's database according to the provisions of the Privacy Policy, including the "Delivery Address", "Billing Address", "Payment Method", phone number and tax identification number (NIF);
- Finally, review your order and confirm your request.
- The User will receive an order confirmation email with details about the chosen payment method. After payment is validated, a confirmation email will be sent.
- In the customer area, you can get all the details of your purchase.
- Your order will be delivered by the logistics operator to the delivery address indicated in the purchase process, along with the detailed invoice.
- By submitting the order form, you are accepting these Terms and Conditions as well as the Privacy Policy.
- SANJO reserves the right not to accept and cancel already confirmed orders in the following circumstances:
- The product is unavailable;
- Payment is not made using any of the available payment options on sanjo.pt;
- Payment is not confirmed;
- Billing information is incorrect or unverifiable;
- There is a pricing error;
- Delivery is not possible.
- Pre-sales
- Pre-sale is available for a period of 90 days before the product can be delivered. Pre-sale requires payment at the time of reservation. Order deliveries are made as soon as the product is available for sale and do not exclude the conditions mentioned in points 5.3 and 5.4.
- Once the pre-sale period ends and the order is confirmed, it is not possible to make changes or exchanges (product, sizes, quantities, etc.).
- To cancel your pre-order, you can only do so during the pre-sale period; once the event ends, your order cannot be canceled.
- If you wish to cancel your order, the refund will be processed using the payment method you used.
- Prices
- The prices of products presented on the website sanjo.pt include Value Added Tax (VAT) and will be described on the invoice sent to the User.
- Prices are all quoted in euros (€). Customs costs related to the order's delivery country will be borne by the customer.
- The prices of products shown on the website are subject to change. SANJO reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The prices displayed at the time of purchase are the prices applied to that purchase.
- If there is any error in the price of the products requested, SANJO or the user may, until the order is dispatched, cancel the request (if the error is in favor of the customer, SANJO bears the cost; if the error is against the customer, SANJO refunds).
- The total price specified at checkout includes taxes from the country of origin (Portugal) and shipping costs (when applicable).
- The User should only pay the amount specified in the order confirmation.
- All orders are processed in euros (€). If your bank account is in another currency, the exchange rate applied for debiting your bank account will be automatically determined by the bank/PayPal and not by SANJO.
- Payment methods
- The User may make payment for their purchases through the payment entity Paypal, MBway, Multibanco Reference, and Credit Card;
- SANJO does not accept any other payment method other than those mentioned in the previous point. The User must not attempt to pay by any other payment means than those described above; if they do, we cannot be held responsible for any damages that may arise.
- Shipping costs
- Free shipping - €0.00
- Standard Shipping(between €0.00 and €99.99) - €20.00
- Standard Shipping(between €100.00 and €199.99) - €15.00
- Standard Shipping (over €200.00) - €0.00
- Delivery
- SANJO ships the product(s) ordered by the User from Monday to Friday, and they are dispatched within a maximum of 48 hours after payment confirmation.
- It is not possible to schedule the delivery of our products; someone must be at the location on the day of delivery to ensure successful delivery. However, our courier always makes a prior contact. In mainland Portugal and the islands, you can also schedule your pickup at the available CTT Points.
- If, during your order, we find any unavailability of the product, SANJO will inform the User as soon as the unavailability is detected, and the User may choose another product, wait for the unavailable product to be restocked, or be refunded.
- If the carrier finds it impossible to complete the delivery on the indicated date, they will contact the User to schedule a new date.
- It is up to the User, at the time of delivery, to check if the packaging has any damage or signs of being tampered with. If any such sign is found, you should not accept the order, which will be returned. The situation should be reported via email info@sanjo.pt, describing the situation and, whenever possible, attaching a photograph. SANJO will resend another order at no additional cost or cancel and refund it, depending on what the User prefers.
- Delivery is considered complete once the User signs the invoice sent by the carrier.
- In cases where delivery is not possible, the carrier will leave a notice at the delivery location, with the date and time of the attempted delivery and the CTT Point where the goods are located, as well as the period the Customer has to collect them, under penalty of being returned to SANJO.
- In cases where the customer sets a CTT Point as the delivery address, the goods will be deposited there until collected by the Customer.
- If the goods are not collected at the CTT Point within the defined period, they will be returned to SANJO.
- Right of Free Resolution – Return Terms
- The User may terminate their contract up to 14 days after receiving the order, provided that:
- The product(s) retain their original characteristics and show no signs of use;
- The product(s) are complete and include all accompanying materials, which must also be returned.
- The User can exercise their right of Free Resolution by filling out the return form accompanying the order and submitting it to the email info@sanjo.pt and placing the return label on a properly sealed package and delivering it to a post office.
- The costs of returning the order when exercising the right of free resolution are borne by SANJO in scenarios where SANJO did not charge shipping costs. If shipping costs were allocated to the initial order, they will not be refundable, except when it is a justified refund due to a defect or non-conformity of the shipped products.
- SANJO will process the refund after receiving the products and confirming their proper state of conservation; if intact, the amount paid for the order will be refunded through the same payment method used, within a maximum of 10 days.
- If the returned items show signs of use, SANJO reserves the right not to accept the return and refuse to refund them.
- Cancellation and returns
- You can cancel your order, provided you request it via email info@sanjo.pt before shipping.
- Orders canceled before shipping are refundable for both the order value and the shipping costs allocated to it, as the shipment is not actually made.
- Orders canceled after shipment are subject to the conditions in point 10 regarding the Right of Free Resolution.
- SANJO does not cover shipping costs for product exchanges that may arise from customer responsibility. Products that are defective or non-compliant with the order do not incur any shipping costs for the User.
- If the User receives a SANJO product incorrectly, with a defect, or another non-conformity, they can choose to replace the product or terminate the contract.
- As soon as the User discovers a defect or other non-conformity, they should notify us via email info@sanjo.pt, describing the defect or non-conformity of the product and, whenever possible, attaching supporting images.
- After receiving the email, we will contact the User to proceed with the product replacement or contract termination.
- Quality
- SANJO does not sell second-hand, defective, or products with raw materials different from those described in the details of each product.
- Although SANJO tries to be as accurate as possible in illustrating its products, images may show variations in color and texture depending on the monitors in question. As such, we always advise you to consult the details of each product. For any additional information you need to clarify, you can contact us via email info@sanjo.pt so we can assist you.
- Complaints
SANJO genuinely cares about its customers' feedback. As such, for any complaint/suggestion for improvement/need for support you may have, please contact us via email info@sanjo.pt, and we commit to contacting you within a maximum of 5 business days after receiving the email.
- Warranty and after-sales service
SANJO products benefit from the warranty provided by the applicable legislation for the sale of consumer goods.
- Exclusion and Limitation of Liability

SANJO reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions at any time. You should consult them regularly in this area, as the use of the website www.sanjo.pt implies their acceptance.

Please read our Privacy Policy carefully and become aware of the rules and procedures we adopt to protect your personal data when you browse our website, as well as our security and confidentiality measures.
- Proof and Archiving
Computer records are securely archived to serve as proof of communications, orders, and payments that occur between SANJO and Users.
