Geralmente não tem problemas com os tamanhos mas neste caso é um 45 muito estreito que causa desconforto a utilizar o sapato durante mais do que um tempo curto - tipo duas horas. Portanto não dá para um dia inteiro. Parece uma falha na forma do sapato. É triste porque alem disso é um bom sapato - só que não dá para usar muito
