SANJO CLUB Terms

SANJO CLUB is the Sanjo loyalty programme. With every purchase at sanjo.pt you collect points that you can exchange for discount vouchers, and the more you shop, the higher your level. See the programme details on the SANJO CLUB page.

HOW TO JOIN

Just create an account at sanjo.pt. When you sign up you immediately receive 100 welcome points.

HOW TO EARN POINTS

  • Purchases: 3 points for every €1 spent on products. Shipping costs, taxes and gift card purchases do not count.
  • Sign-up: 100 points, once.
  • Level up: extra points every time you reach a new level.

Points from a purchase become available 15 days after the order has been shipped. If an order is cancelled, returned or refunded, in full or in part, the corresponding points are removed. Purchases made before the programme started do not earn points.

HOW TO USE YOUR POINTS

  • €5 voucher – 500 points
  • €12 voucher – 1,000 points
  • €22 voucher – 2,000 points

Vouchers are generated as a discount code in your account and used at checkout on sanjo.pt.

LEVELS

  • Bronze – starting level when you join (+50 points).
  • Silver – from 500 points collected (+100 points).
  • Gold – from 1,000 points collected (+200 points).
  • Platinum – from 2,000 points collected (+300 points).

BIRTHDAY GIFT

On your birthday, Silver, Gold and Platinum members receive a €10 voucher, valid on orders from €60 on products from the permanent footwear and clothing collections. To receive it, add your date of birth in SANJO CLUB. The voucher will be available in your account.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • SANJO CLUB is valid only for online purchases at sanjo.pt made while logged in to your account.
  • Points and vouchers are personal, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Points do not expire. Your points balance and vouchers can be checked at any time in SANJO CLUB, in your account.
  • Sanjo may change or end the programme at any time, informing members in advance. Points already collected will be honoured under the terms communicated at that time.
