Ao fim de 2 meses a sola descolou, participei ao serviço ao cliente que me pediu para enviar de volta para análise. Entretanto perguntaram o que pretendia e eu referi que queria um par novo de acordo com as opções dadas. Processaram mal e supostamente iriam devolver o dinheiro. Estou há quase 1 mês sem dinheiro, sem as sapatilhas e sem uma resposta! Erraram e não resolvem a situação. Péssima experiência com o serviço ao cliente!!!

Apenas são um pouco quentes para o calorque se tem feito sentir.
Há algo que reparei em apenas ums dias dr uso que pretendo monitorizar: na parte da sola correspondente ao interior do pé, a sola parace estar a descolar do tecido e a separar-se da borracha arredondada (decprativa ou de reforço).Esperava que tal não acontecesse neste tipo de calçado mas vou controlar a evolução para se necessário reportar à marca.
